Its core business is represented by the WINSIX® Implant System, whose solid scientific background is well documented by over 300 publications in authoritative and well-known journals. It has been successfully used in clinical practice since 1995 in Dental Clinics and Hospitals.
BIOSAFIN has been gaining increasing market shares in recent years, reaching leading positions in the field of Implantology and gathering acknowledgement at both national and international level. The profound knowledge of the sector, the attention to the social and health market’s dynamics and the sensitivity towards the dentists’ needs are promptly implemented by an efficient R & D Department that works side by side with the most prestigious Italian Universities and international Research Centers.

The BIOSAFIN work processes are certified through the regulations ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 that require constant control on production in order to protect the user of our product – the Dentist – as well as the final user – the Patient.
All products have CE Certification and, thanks to quality assumptions, they benefit RCT and RCP insurances (Civil Liability for third parties and product accounts).

In 2015 the FDA Certification was obtained, and since then BIOSAFIN as been focusing also on the organization of the WINSIX USA sales office in Miami, FL.
Today the WINSIX® Implant System is registered in over 58 countries worldwide.
In 2017 the production and promotion of BIALIGNER®, the latest-generation transparent dental aligners, were implemented.
In line with the quality standards pursued, BIOSAFIN organizes and promotes every year a broad calendar of training opportunities.
The company supports the main Italian Scientific Organizations to promote and spread a serious and competent dental culture.
